CATHERINE TELEPHONED, SHE MAY VISIT JERSEY FROM MALAYSIA NEXT WEEK.

9.11.am.  My body is reeling with heat.  I am drowning in heat from a hot flush.  I feel weak with torment from heat every part of my flesh is damp with perspiration my head is spinning and I am breathless my tummy  painful heaving with stress. 

 Dreamt... I was in charge of a cafeteria but the staff including Edward were no help to me at all.  The waiting customers had to serve themselves as I could not cope.  I sacked all the staff that were no good intending to try running the cafeteria again at a latter date...

  Pail blue sky watery shadows.  Edward has taken to shaving while sitting on the side of our bed...Very bright sunshine...  My lower back is painful after all the vacuum cleaning...I worked in the garden pulling weeds I raked the lawn and mended the water-hose connection the the lawn sprinkler.  Edward worked in the garden attacking the weeds with me then  washed my car at my request, it looks shiny.  I cleaned upstairs in the bedrooms and filled washing machine.  I have too piles of cloths waiting to be smoothed and put away afterwards I find that particular chore so dull.  Edward wore a mask over his mouth while working in the garden.  It made it easier for him to till the soil and cut the grass protected from the pollen.  His breathing was good much improved.
