24 Tuesday.
11.45 PM. A very hot day lots of sunshine. We drove to Waitrose supermarket to do a big shop of house hold items . I have not drank any coffee for five days. I still feel weak with low energy levels my cough is still heavy and my voice is tired and croaky.
Phone call from a very distressed Rosamund my sister who lives in Salisbury England inquiring if I had heard from our sister Katy, Catherine from Singapore who she was due to meet up with in Canterbury, a four and a half hour drive from Salisbury.
I feel so very tired this cold has knocked me down energy wise I am feeling so very sweaty and hot, I have perspiration on my forehead and prickling me under the arms.
