6.55am. Grey sky. Sitting up in bed drinking from flask and eating two Belvita sweet breakfast biscuits together. I watched Grif drive away headlights blazing at 6.15 am while standing at the window he shot up the road to feed and water his two horses. Not a bad sleep woke at 4.am. to visit the loo and put on my fluffy dressing gown against the cold, I must dig out a duvet to use on the sofa bed instead of the cotton summer throw. I have a head cold and am sneezing. Edward is planning designs in his head for new clay projects while trying to sleep. Obsession takes over for projects so easily while making and planning art. I am developing a chesty cough. A blocked nose prevented me sleeping for ages during the night. I heard a baby crying it was extremely distressed in my psychic while I lay in bed awaiting sleep.
