CRY CHARITY SHOP 1.PM

Wednesday 4 September.
Ear, Hospital clinic,9.0 am.   7.55 am.  Purple sky with promise of sun light to come.  Flask of coffee waiting for my waking.  Very noisy commuter traffic. Alarm clock woke me, I want to leave the house shortly to be on time for my hospital appointment.  I hate rising early.  I will walk to the hospital.  I arrived at the hospital in town after a trial of very fast walking very hot and perspiring at 8.55 am.  After my treatment I sat and had coffee in the Friends canteen before exploring the shops in town.  I bought myself a navy blue flowery top £9.99. to go with my navy cotton trousers that Edward bought for me earlier this summer.  A crystal tree costing only 99 pence from a charity shop.   A crystal quarts stand with a tree of wire hung with drop beads it is very dainty and I love it.  Barbara Erskine romantic novel "Times Legacy." that will keep me happy reading for the next few weeks when I conclude my currant Colin Forbes adventure novel.  A very hot day, not much happening in Cry shop, not many sales.
I am lying on magnets my side of our bed, they are supposed to fill one with energy during sleep and aid healing.  I can here my heart beating loudly in my left ear this evening probably due to the micro-suction performed in my left ear this morning to clear my mastoid cavity of debris.
It is so hot in our bedroom Edward had a very bad night, coughing and racing into the bathroom to wee and poo repeatedly.  He retired to sleep in my studio where he lay there shivering cold on the sofa bed as the bed cover is a very slim nylon.  He was unable to breath because of the hot sultry air conditions of summer.  He had also downed half a bottle of sweet white wine on top of taking steroids not a good idea.
